1) Self limiting
Cut to lengh
Twin bus wires with extruded self limiting core which reduces power output as surface temperature rises.
Mechanical services pipe work, frost protection and low process temperature maintenance.
2) Constant output
Cut to lengh
Insulated twin bus wires with spiralled resistance wire element making contact with alternative bus wires at predetermined intervals along it's lengh.
Mechanical services pipe work, frost protection and low/medium process temperature maintenance.
3) Series resistance
Factory terminated
Series or series/parallel connected resistance wire covered with a suitable insulation or carrier.
Process pipe work where medium/high temperatures are required.
4) Mineral insulated
Factory terminated
Semi rigid heating cable comprising of inner heating element, compressed mineral insulant and outer metal sheath.
Process pipe work where high temperatures are required.
