Construction features:

Inner core manufactured of PTFE and stainless steel over braiding with the appropriate end fittings.
Spirally wound insulated resistance wire heating element. Length and resistance calculated to determine the correct temperature output.
Connections, sensors and control cables leading to power supply/inter-connector leads at the heated hose ends.
Thermal insulation with outer braiding of either nylon or stainless steel with silicone rubber end caps
