Snow and ice formation causes danger, disruption and chaos on untreated surfaces, especially entrances to multi-story car park ramps, pathways to shopping malls and retirement homes and driveways with steep gradients.

It is not just the inconvenience wasted involved in clearing away and disposing the snow/ice but the threat of costly accidents to property and personnel.

SHS have developed a method of electrically heating the above surfaces at minimum installation and running costs, to the prevention of build up of snow & ice.
